FALL CROSS COUNTRY
Headed by Coach John Dogger and Coach Sara Garrett, Gators Cross Country emphasizes the value of every race and practice. Training combines long-distance road work, trail runs, and track intervals to develop our runners' speed and endurance. Running mechanics, recovery techniques, strength training, and proper nutrition are also emphasized. Above all, the program's goal is to instill in its athletes the joy of running while promoting team spirit. Thanks to a dedicated coaching staff headed, every runner develops into an excellent competitor.
